A vehicle, typically a single or dual axle dump truck, that serves as a platform for attaching a plow and spreader for winter operations. These machines can also be configured on smaller platforms such as 1-ton pickups for parking lots or light snowfalls, or tractors, all terrain vehicles, or skip loaders for paths, sidewalks, or tight site conditions.
