The National Local Technical Assistance Program Association (NLTAPA) is a not-for-profit organization representing and serving the 52 LTAP and TTAP Member-Centers in the United States and Puerto Rico. Each of these Centers provides training and technical assistance to local and county government personnel. In snowbelt states, training on snow and ice control is performed routinely and is an excellent means to educate and update local personnel on current and best practices.
